DEVELOPING ARCHISPEAKS
With the amendments to the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Regulations and the WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022, organisations are now legally required to address psychosocial hazards with the same rigour as physical hazards. Thus came the development of Archispeaks as an initiative of Stratcomm. It is a cutting-edge app designed to revolutionise the management of psychosocial risks.
Archispeaks is Australia’s leading employee insights tool. An innovative culture dashboard that captures and aggregates employee feedback in real-time to a centralised database.
It works on four levels:
